If you eat out a lot try the Cheesecake Factory. They have a killer meal salad that's under 590 cals. It's called the Weight Management Asian Chicken Salad. It has an excellent dressing that is made with Splenda instead of sugar. It's huge and will not leave you hungry! They have a few other weight management items under 590 cals as well. I like the Asian Chicken Salad the best, though.
One place that is great for eating healthy and inexpensively at lunch is Red Lobster (yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm landlocked now :p) I order the Salmon or Rainbow Trout with a salad and double broccoli. Yum. Stay away from the evil muffins of doom.
Egg Beaters for breakfast provide a nice hot meal with no carbs. High in protein, low in fat. I love the Southwest Egg Beaters. They have diced peppers in them and taste great! Plus they only take 2 minutes to cook in the microwave.

Blackened Fish with Garlic Shrimp or Scallops
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (more or less according to your taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon or 2 to 3 Tablespoons of the bottled stuff
Blackening Seasoning (Paul Prudhomme's is my favorite)
Two filets about 1/2 to 1 inch thick
1/2 lb peeled Shrimp or Scallops
4 brown and serve rolls
and of course, some cold beer!
