I just made a delicious morning snack to go along with my shake. It's so yummy!
2 Heaping Tsp Ground Flax Seeds
2 Heaping Tsp Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tsp Organic Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Splash of Hot Sauce
Pinch of Kosher Salt
At lunch I will try this again but cooked in a pan like a small fritter in a tiny bit of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. I bet it will be just as good, maybe even better!
